This can range from a relatively straightforward conveyancing transaction to a more complicated acquisition by a developer of a greenfield site, perhaps via a unit trust and the exercise of an option, obtaining funding and granting securities, obtaining regulatory approvals for subdivision and related works, and seeing that through, creating all necessary easements and restrictions on use, and then acting on subsequent sales. Or conversely, acting for purchasers of those subdivided sites or mortgagees lending on the security of those sites.
